Each year we publish our annual stats and here's the latest instalment. The main headlines are;
despite managing more units overall calls were slightly down which is related to 2 important aspects for us. Our First Call Resolution numbers improved significantly via our team doing what it does best; triage of calls and correct advice whether it be how to reset a tripped fuse or instructions how to re-pressure a boiler along with increased use of Adi our AI Maintenance Assistant as an alternate channel
Inflation showing its ugly head with cost of call outs increasing (around 15% in last 5 years)
Leaks are always the number one cause of emergencies - same for the last 17 years!!
